Within 30 days, any item purchased from our website can be returned to the Authorized Seller indicated on the packing slip. The refund will be issued once we confirm that the item is in the same condition that you received it.

Returning Items with a Gift Receipt

 

A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item when a gift receipt is presented within 60 days of purchase.

 

If you are returning a gifted item that was purchased on maeshick.com, the packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns. We provide a pre-printed return label with our Returns Department Address.

 

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Maeschick.com digital content and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs for SparkNotes and Quamut products, Access Codes, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened, are not returnable.
